Where a product or accessory becomes unavailable Majestic Popping Crackers (MPC) reserves the right to provide an alternative product that is equal to, or above the aesthetic quality of that originally ordered.

At Majestic Popping Crackers we operate an aftersales policy. You will need to contact us as soon as possible within 7 days of receiving your order.

Where applicable please return the unused items within 10 days of receipt.

If we have made an error with your order, then we will be happy to replace or refund the goods at no extra charge to you. Please return the items back to us, we will issue you with a return label.

We regret that custom-made orders and personalized orders cannot be returned unless due to an error by Majestic Popping Crackers LLC.
The tabs are made from cardstock and is approx 2 inches by 2 inches (unless otherwise stated). These are available at an additional cost.

We regret that we can only modify personal details, such as names, schools and dates of the templates displayed and cannot amend the background colours, styles or font of the template displayed.
