Thank you for shopping with Majestic Popping Crackers® LLC. Each order is prepared with care, and many of our products are handcrafted or customized especially for your celebration. Please review our shipping information before placing your order.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment after payment has been successfully received. Because many Majestic Popping Crackers products are handcrafted, made to order, or personalized, processing times may vary depending on the product, quantity ordered, customization requested, and time of year.

Generally our handling time is between 2-5 days. Please refer to the individual product listing for the estimated processing time applicable to your order.

Processing (Handling) time is separate from shipping/transit time. Selecting an expedited shipping service does not necessarily shorten the time required to prepare or customize your order.

Personalized & Custom Orders

Personalized and custom orders may require additional processing time.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate personalization information when placing an order. Please carefully review names, dates, wording, colors, quantities, and other customization details before submitting your order.

If we need additional information to complete your order, processing may be delayed until we receive the necessary information from you.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout based on the destination, order details, and available shipping services.

Delivery estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, transit times may be affected by weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, high shipping volumes, or other circumstances outside the reasonable control of Majestic Popping Crackers.

Holiday, Event & Time-Sensitive Orders

If you are purchasing crackers for Christmas, a wedding, graduation, birthday, corporate event, dinner party, or another date-specific occasion, we strongly recommend ordering as early as possible.

During peak seasons, particularly the Christmas holiday period, processing and carrier transit times may be longer than usual.

If you need your order for a specific event date, please contact us before placing your order if you are unsure whether sufficient time is available.

While we will make reasonable efforts to prepare and ship orders within the stated timeframe, Majestic Popping Crackers cannot guarantee arrival by a particular event or holiday date unless such a guarantee has been expressly provided to you.

Tracking

When tracking is available for your selected shipping method, tracking information will be provided after your order has shipped.

Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your address carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, or a package returned to us may be the customer's responsibility.

Delayed Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, its movement and delivery are subject to the carrier's operations.

If your tracking information indicates a delay, we recommend allowing additional time for the carrier to complete delivery. Where appropriate, we will assist you with information needed to investigate a significantly delayed shipment.

Lost Packages

If tracking indicates that your package may have been lost in transit, please contact us so that we can review the circumstances and, where appropriate, assist with a carrier inquiry or claim.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check the delivery location, household members, neighbors where appropriate, and any information provided by the carrier. You may also need to contact the carrier directly.

Damaged Orders

Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of:

- The damaged product;
- The shipping box or packaging;
- Any visible damage to the exterior of the package; and
- The shipping label, where requested.

We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy. Please retain the damaged item and all original packaging while your claim is being reviewed.

Returned-to-Sender Packages

If an order is returned to Majestic Popping Crackers because of an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or another issue not caused by us, additional shipping charges may apply if you request that the package be shipped again.

Customized, personalized, or otherwise non-returnable products remain subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

International Shipping

International shipping availability, where offered, will be shown during checkout.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Customs processing may also result in additional delivery delays outside our control.
