Returns & Refund Policy

At Majestic Popping Crackers, each order is prepared with care, and we want you to be delighted with your purchase. Please see below for full details of our return policy.

Returns
We accept returns of eligible, unused items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, unused, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery before sending your item back. Items returned without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
Because of the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of:
- Personalized or custom-made crackers
- Crackers that have been opened, pulled, used, or altered
- Individually wrapped sweets, treats, or other food items once the product packaging has been opened
- Clearance or final-sale items, where identified as such at the time of purchase

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your order is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you to make it right, which may include a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Return Shipping
Unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning an item. Majestic Popping Crackers cannot be responsible for returned packages that are lost in transit.

Refunds
Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome within 3 days of inspection. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. However, please allow additional time (up to 14 -21 days) for your bank or payment provider to process the refund as applicable.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Because some orders are handcrafted or personalized, we cannot guarantee cancellation once production or preparation has begun.
