Please note the product description, faqs and these terms together form an agreement between yourself (customer or client) and MPC, Majestic Popping Crackers LLC. You hereby give your consent by proceeding to place your order.
1. You agree to allow adequate time for your crackers to be made. Ideally, MPC requires a minimum of 3-5 business days for standard crackers and between 7-10 days for customized and bulk orders. Please consider shipping time too. Majestic Popping Crackers will not be responsible if your crackers arrive late for your event due to customers' insufficient notice periods. You also agree that MPC will not be held liable for any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
In most cases, we can complete your crackers within a shorter timeframe than advertised. The actual timeframe depends on your individual requirements and the size of the order. Do remember, your crackers are individually handmade and not bought in bulk from China. If you are purchasing generic 'buy as seen' 'no option' items then your crackers will be dispatched much sooner. Please contact us if in doubt.

​​2. Where applicable please remember to cite your choice of ribbon colour (and finish) eg "blue satin", "baby pink" etc. For personalized tabs, please remember to include the required information, such as: names/dates/age etc in the spaces available. Bear in mind colours can vary on different screens and devices.
3. In the event where information is missing, MPC reserves the right to select own choice(s) to complete your order. You agree to alternative items and accessories which are equal to, or greater than the original item value when stock levels dictate.

​4. For safety, please supervise very young children. Our crackers are not suitable for children under 3 years of age due to some small parts. MPC will not be held liable for any injury or harm caused to babies and toddlers.

5. All inserts for crackers including sweet treats, novelty gifts, coloured hats and texts are selected purely at random within the customer's scope. MPC cannot do anything if customers do not like a particular variety, brand or type. Our customers' satisfaction is our good pleasure. To this end, MPC will strive to ensure that all orders receive a varied set of inserts per each box of crackers.

​6. You give consent to MPC to use your personal images and videos relating to our products. The material may be used for promotion on our website and related social media platforms. The content is visible to the public.

7. Majestic Popping Crackers LLC is protected by copyright and trademark laws. We will pursue legal action against all persons and businesses that violate these laws.
