If you wish to request another colour that is not shown, for example, "lime green" please state this clearly. If we have your request in stock, we will apply it to your order. If we do not have it available, then we will use your next preferred choice. Please remember to provide as much information as possible. Stating your first and second choices is helpful.

Please be aware of the differences in colour, shades and tints for different computer monitors and your device screens. The colour shown may vary slightly to the exact colour you see due to differences in your display monitor or device screen.
Where a product or accessory becomes unavailable Majestic Popping Crackers (MPC) reserves the right to provide an alternative product that is equal to, or above the quality of that originally ordered.

At Majestic Popping Crackers we operate an aftersales policy. You will need to contact us as soon as possible within 7 days of receiving your order.

Where applicable please return the unused items within 10 days of receipt.

If we have made an error with your order, then we will be happy to replace or refund the goods at no extra charge to you. Please return the items back to us, we will issue you with a return label.

We regret that custom-made orders and personalized orders cannot be returned unless due to an error by Majestic Popping Crackers LLC.
Majestic Popping Crackers LLC gives customers the option to purchase tabs that are placed anywhere on the outside of the cracker. The tabs are made from cardstock and is approx 2 inches by 2 inches (unless otherwise stated). To select a tab, just go to the Tabs Collection or search through the products list for appropriate templates.

We regret that we can only modify personal details, such as names, schools and dates of the templates displayed and cannot amend the background colours, styles or font of the template displayed. We are adding more to our tabs catalogue so please check back for new additions!
